After receiving my cups and saucers and seeing the quality and care put into the packaging of the cups, I knew I would buy something from this manufacturer. Not only did they put paper between each saucer, they used styrofoam. Then they used cardboard to separate everything else. When I then held the cups, the deal was sealed. Everything about them was perfect. size, weight and color. The white is very white, like in the best restaurants. The saucers are fantastic too. You have a nice lip so you can hold it with confidence. The lip is roughly at the level of your thumb so when holding it around the edges your thumb is secure and you don't feel like it's slipping out of your hand. I will definitely buy them again and gift them to someone. I am more than happy with my purchase. I love her
