I bought this product because it was a direct replacement. I read the reviews and was skeptical but decided to take a chance. The first didn't work. I contacted the company through their text system. I received a generic response that someone will be in touch with me. I was notified that a new product would be shipped and it was. I replaced it and the fan worked the day I replaced it. I drove the truck again, but it doesn't work again. I was hoping it would take the computer some time to see the detail, but after an hour of driving I gave up. This second part still doesn't work. I give up. It was a wasted $30 but I will try another product elsewhere.
