Buttons are hard to press. I like the color scheme and layout better than my original Sharp Aquos remote. If the buttons worked, we'd be in business. You have to push very hard and aim for it to work. We will keep it as a backup for emergencies. But it failed as an OEM remote replacement. UPDATE: After over a year of use, the remote control is still working. It either got better over time or I got used to it.
