The support team has been extremely helpful as we learn what features are available in our platform vs other providers out there! They have always responded quickly when needed help or questions about anything related financials/ledgering etc - great customer service from everyone I've come across!! There's nothing that really comes up frequently but you can't beat their quick response time which gets me everytime haha.
It takes some getting used too because it feels like all of your information needs could be done via excel now so not much need anymore unless they do something specific better than others (which isnít often). Not sure why this would even matter though since everything else seems fine? We donī'T track dividends nor receive them automatically through ledgerging either at present due to limitations set by accounting software provider who does most ledgers currently if thats any indication.
