Majesco Billing for L&A and Group Review

We are able to manage the group insurance on behalf of our employees at a central point. As the insurance plan is provided by Majesco for multiple states, it is easy to change plans across these states with a couple of clicks. It is a very user friendly platform. I like that it is easy to use and there are many options available including being able to bill multiple accounts at once. It is not very user friendly to those who aren't computer savvy. Also, you can only do one thing at a time. Some functions are difficult to navigate through. It's good that they have an option to pay by check or PayPal but I wish they had PayPal as one of their payment options.
