Simply put, the product does not work as described. It just randomly stops tracking and stops working until it's unplugged and plugged back into the car. Updates in 1 minute? no More like 2-3 or maybe 30. Is my device broken? It is quite possible that this is the case, but since I have contacted customer service 4 times and they have not contacted me at all, I have no other choice, than returning the item and going the other way. Based solely on the customer service I received I would avoid this product at all costs. If that's not enough for you, go to the device interface. speed limit? It literally looks like it was coded for Windows 98, and on top of that it uses a version of Google Maps that Google no longer supports. It's clumsy, slow, and frankly looks like they paid someone $5 an hour to log all API calls to Google Maps for them. There are now many new products on the market. I'll look at them and suggest you do the same. Edit: I can't reply to her reply to this review so I'll edit this and reply again. 100% of what they said below is a blatant lie. Look at my photos, do they look like 1 minute updates to you? I think the car went 12 miles in 1 minute ha. Liar If you are so right why haven't I gotten a letter or call from you yet?
