Battery and water resistance not tested. I certainly don't expect to submerge it in water or use it so much that the battery dies in an hour. I can say it works. And it's painful. Tested on myself at 10, 60 and 127 and 60 was a bit painful and 127 is something I hesitate to use. This is for my 130 lb American Akita who is so stubborn and overly aggressive at times and he definitely realizes it at 60 but it's not overly strong. 127 max is extremely painful and if you don't want your dog to feel shot or maybe your dog Clifford isn't using it. Please do not use this collar on small dogs.
