I like how the platform allows me to schedule meetings with my team members, share documents and receive calls. It's easy to use for both internal and external clients. The platform also saves all of my call recordings which is very useful. I dislike having to be in front of my computer when I am working from home. Therefore, I cannot have one open at the same time if I need to make a quick call or send an email. It would be great if you could log into the platform from your mobile phone. If you are looking for a cloud-based communication tool, then this should be at the top of your list. I am using it to communicate with my team members as well as keep in touch with our clients. This has made scheduling meetings easier since I can do so from anywhere.
