I've been using this eyeliner for over 10 years and can't find anything that even comes close to working. This liner: - It will be there for you regardless of the weather, activity level and emotional state. It hasn't moved after lots of tears, high intensity workouts, and days in hot/humid places - doesn't smear, smear, or rub off - basically it won't come off until I WANT it to. For an Asian woman with a monolithic eyelid, this is a godsend because other high-end eyeliner didn't hold up under those covered-up eyelids! - Works better than any high-end eyeliner I've tried. Application/Removal Tips - I apply it in super thin layers to give it a matte finish and I do quick touch ups with cotton swabs dipped in makeup remover. To remove, I soak a cotton pad in waterproof eye make-up remover. I use a generic drugstore brand and leave it on my eye for about 10 seconds before swiping and it immediately goes away. Someone mentioned that the applicator feels a bit scratchy - I've noticed that too when I open a new tube, but it softens the first few uses and doesn't bother me anymore. My only concern is that this formula thickens significantly over time, making it difficult to apply even though there is a lot left in the tube. (If anyone has any tips for thinning the formula let me know!) But at this price I would happily buy again. PLEASE NEVER STOP MILANI. I am a customer for life.
