This product came on time and was not at all damaged by delivery company. As far as the product goes however First of all the set up video on line is not a good one . It was not hard to figure out the set up but the first thing I noticed was the buttons to click the top into place keep popping off and the springs go flying. Not sure how long this product will last. The frame is very cheep and there’s a lot of flexing going on in the legs. Hopefully I will get at least 2 years out of this but I will not replace it with the same brand . Not my best purchase but I guess I’ve learned a lesson…
