When I called customer service they were incredibly nice on the phone and I got my refund the .

My table came as damaged as it could be. We were so excited to open it to put it in the basement, and it is just a piece of junk. The top of the table is completely disconnected from the base and the legs. When I called customer service they were incredibly nice on the phone and I got my refund the next day, but so so disappointing that the product came like this.

Pros

INCLUDES FULL POOL SET: This game table set comes with a full set of balls (1.5" diameter), a rack, two pool cues (37" long), chalk, and 6 ball pockets so you can start playing as soon as the table is assembled.

Cons

The playing surface may be too noisy or echoey, causing distractions and impairing concentration

This table fails in two ways. First, the cues are feather-light and unusable. We discarded them and bought $12 sticks from Walmart. Second, the cushions are almost completely unresponsive, making any attempt at cue ball control a waste of time. This results in games that quickly become frustrating and boring. This is a piece of garbage. Don''t waste your cash.
