I couldn't use the camera and had to return it. Network. My att router combines 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks with the same name and SSID. Then I tried two things and FAILED: 1. Set up the network separately with a different username and password and then connected my phone to the one.2 2.4GHz network. I turned on the guest network, which is only supported on 2.4 GHz, and connected my phone to that guest network. Using the above means, the app still asks me to connect to WiFi by unchecking the form below that allows you to manually select WiFi. Network. I'm sure the camera should be good but this customized app just closed the door to further use. I just mentioned here that I work in the IT industry and I know how this network works and I know what I've done and how to check if I'm on the right step by following the guide. One final piece of advice for those who are going to buy Yi Camera 3: DO NOT do it until they make an official announcement to fix this bug! Very disappointing app quality!
