I pulled this from a Nappa Ridge Cabernet bottle today and noticed that this AVINA bottle stopper has been used almost constantly since I got it in December 2016 of the year bought . - that's 3.5 years of almost constant use. This one is NOT leaking YET, works just as good as the first time I bought it. It has a hard rubber seal for the top of the bottle that connects seamlessly to the conical part that goes into the bottle, everything is held in place by a central hard plastic spike in the middle (which has a seam). So if the bottle is a bit wider or narrower, it still fits. I'd say it's been used at least 5 days out of 7 every week for the 3.5 years we've had it. I only have one of these. Works perfectly.
