I'm 5'9" and 220 pounds (all in my stomach). I'm such an uncomfortable weight that the Big is sometimes too tight and the Extra Big is sometimes too big. I've bought this in both XL and LG sizes through Prime Wardrobe - the LG was a little tight while the XL fitted perfectly (although it was a little longer than I would have liked). I'd class it as a " True to size." Very comfortable and virtually wrinkle free If you are on a budget I would definitely recommend this for the price if you appreciate soft comfortable polyester sports polo shirts.
