As shown. The way this brush conforms to the contours of the bottle is obviously something only an experienced bottle brush user can do. I have a similar shaped bottle that I bought this brush for and I was able to clean the bottle but it was quite annoying. The wire in the middle is very stiff. This wire prevents the brush from easily bending in the bottle. Trying to bend forward doesn't seem to help in my case as the neck of the bottle straightens out upon entry. This makes it harder to penetrate the bottles the way I want. For plain old cylindrical bottles, this is pretty easy to use.
