The charging connector is defective when delivered and does NOT charge the iPhone 11 Pro

This item does not work. The charging cable port on the back of the mount is free right out of the box, and even when I manually pressed the cable to prevent the power bank from being pulled out of the case, this didn't even improve my iPhone 11 Pro's battery life by 1% . This is the second iOttie mount I've had a charging issue with.
