UPDATE: I emailed Coloretto and told them the problem. They were quick to respond and after sending them pictures of the fault offered me either a half refund or a 50% discount code for a new set, covering the full cost of a defective cartridge. Very acceptable resolution. Outstanding customer service, I will continue to buy this company's ink knowing they stand behind their product as they say. The color works great, no problems. Unfortunately, the black ink cartridge works intermittently, often fails, and needs to be removed and reinstalled. It prints normally, but after 5 minutes it throws an error and refuses to print.
