This review goes against my longstanding 'I never write a review' stance. I bought this headset in June 2016. Performance was great, sound, mic, my personal favorite is the stitched finish. nice gesture. However, this review is about the customer service I received when the USB port broke. I tried online customer service first. The representative (whose name I didn't get) was quick to confirm that this product was covered by a 2 year warranty and that my issue was indeed resolved. Cute! I usually lose myself in situations like this, so I didn't expect that. They should have forwarded my online chat to tech support to create a case for me, ok no problem. But it wasn't a positive experience as I kept getting kicked down the line. So I decided to just call customer service. on Friday. after the 5th of the week before Thanksgiving. (They are only open from Monday to Friday until 18:00). I'll call Eric and tell him the whole story. First thing this guy says? "Don't worry, we'll take care of you." Eric asks for some personal information and says I'll receive another email in the next few business days. I had a few questions and he answered them very well. The following Monday I received a few emails with detailed explanations from Stephanie. One is a prepaid return label and a replacement was shipped separately. I sent back the damaged part on Wednesday, my replacement arrived on Black Friday. The ABSOLUTELY best customer service I've ever received on a product! So if the price puts you off, consider a warranty and a great replacement process.
