These were great headphones until there was a short near the connector. I had to hold the wire at the right angle for them to work. I'm very disappointed in the durability of the cable considering these are $100 headphones. I had the $5 harder USB cables. I will no longer buy HyperX products as this is a major design oversight.

First of all, the headphones are very comfortable. I could wear them all day. They sound good and all, but there's a catch for Xbox users: you can't use a 7.1 surround sound USB stick. After a quick chat with the support team (who were very nice) I found out that the thing is "incompatible" with Xbox. It would be nice to know this beforehand! The description says "Compatible with PC, PS4, Xbox One, etc." No! That doesn't work at all! The headphones still work, but not at the expected level.

The sound is high quality, the microphone works perfectly, a free windscreen is included, very comfortable ear pads with an additional set of corduroy. BUT the microphone will be DEFECTIVE on arrival and you need to do something to fix it and get the headset working again. The biggest and unforgivable problem with their "7.1" USB adapter is a tremendous pass-through frequency.
