I needed to replace a bamboo pillow I had for over 3 years. It took longer than I expected, but it's time for a new pillow. This new one was great at first - they're always a bit firm and take a while to soften a bit - but unlike my first one, this pillow flattened out where I laid my head and didn't fit like it should. This in turn gave me headaches upon waking up in the morning for several weeks until I finally switched to a different brand of pillow. I wish this pillow was as good as the first one but unfortunately the production had to be changed so I would not recommend this pillow and it will eventually flat out and you will be sore in the morning.
