This mask has excellent shape and breathability. An adjustable elastic strap keeps it in place, and unlike disposable masks, airflow doesn't feel restrictive. However, I run a lot for the military and train long distances. As soon as I start to breathe heavily, the white inner covering slides over my mouth with every breath. The material lets air through, but that doesn't change the feeling of suffocation with every breath. I like the shape of the mask so much that I bought silicone frames to wear under the mask and also over the nose and mouth. This prevents the mask from breaking and makes running in a mask bearable (nobody WANTS to run in a mask). However, the product gets 3 stars because I don't have to buy a third-party product to use the "runner" mask effectively.
