It counts! B. on envelopes, postage and shipping supplies

I've had this scale for a little over a month now and it works well. The instructions are a little lacking, but that's to be expected these days. I was originally looking for a decent capacitance scale with good resolution. This is a 10kg model and my bathroom scale can handle heavier items. I also recently received a few thousand bullets to reload in a large box and figured weighing them might be easier than counting by hand. share with friends and the like. It turns out that the function for counting these weights works well. This made working with cartridges easier and I started counting the change in the "pension fund" pocket. four leg screws. We glue (haven't tried batteries yet) and turn it on. Wait for the self-test to complete. 2) If using a container (or bag), place an empty one on the scale and press [TARE] to zero. 3) Place 10 of something in the container. ([MODE] toggles between different weight units, but plays no part in piece counting) 4) Press [PCS]. The display shows "10" by default. Pressing [PCS] again will increase the number by 10 to 100, while pressing [TARE] will decrease it. 5) Press [ON/OFF] to confirm 10 pieces. 6) Now take the piece off the scale and out, it says 9! cool Grab another handful and you're good to go. I have verified that starting with 10 pieces is accurate up to 100, then once you reach 100 reset the pieces process counting from 100 and then up to 1000. The smallest pieces I've made so far are ten cents. Therefore, your mileage may vary. Pieces mode exits when you press the [MODE] or [PCS] button, but it gets stuck at grams, so turning it off and on returns different weights. Don't forget to look for an empty container [TARE]. One of the quart freezer bags I use weighs the same as a quarter. It would only save you a quarter, but it would drive the dime count down a lot, especially when you hit 1000. then line up the 100 bullet pieces + 5 liter bag + 1 gallon bag - then throw the whole mash at the 500 count :) Or you could just use the scale without the container, but what's the fun of that? -Dana
