There's nothing to complain about here. The belt arrived well packaged. It was obvious how to shorten it - just cut along the dotted lines. I wish it had more cut instructions stamped in as it stops at 36 inches, but it was easy to measure and re-cut. The locking mechanism is a little different than other ratchet straps I've used, but it works. excellent and reliable enough to be comfortable with. Good belt at a reasonable price. I recommend him.
