Very easy to use. The templates are very helpful and make it easier for new teams to come in without needing someone to teach them how to do things. Not much I dislike about this tool but if you are looking for a specific thing like a Gantt chart or activity report, some options might not be available. But overall it's been very useful. We have used it for many different types of projects from small one person projects to ones that involve over 100 people. Our employees love using it because it helps keep track of their time.
