I love how easy they make making changes to our HRIS system when we are updating new systems or just correcting small mistakes! It does take some time for all employees (and managers) of your organization/company using this software be familiarized to its use but once things get going; you shouldn't have any issues logging-in as well as managing their accounts within the program via both computer & smartphone which has been very useful given COVID quarantine times!! You can also do self service if there's questions regarding anything specific about account management etc... We've noticed improvements over what was available before switching providers from Paychex back during late December 2019 where everything seemed too slow & not reliable enought on an individual level - sometimes taking more than half hour+ per transaction to complete. Now Cloud Play allows transactions up until 5PM at night EST every day without having issues like previously had while working offsite hours. I like how easy to use this software is for small businesses. It's very user friendly and there are multiple ways of doing things for each employee/account type which helps keep everything organized. The support team can be reached via email or phone if needed. There isn't much you dislike about this system as far as my experience goes. If your looking for an affordable solution then look no further. We were able to implement cloudpay into our organization without any problems at all.
