The customer service from this software support team is excellent in my opinion. They are always willing to help you out when you need them most. Very quick at resolving any issues as well. It does take some time for all employees (and managers) of your organization/company using this software be familiarized to its use but once things get going; you shouldn't have any issues logging-in as well as managing their accounts within the program via both computer & smartphone which has been very useful given COVID quarantine times!!
