Superb build quality
Solid brass casting, high quality finish with no burrs, plastic cup fits snugly to brass surface and is flush. Very good run. Slight play in the O-ring. A little bonus is that it fits into the 1-inch internal fitting found on regular whole-house water filters, and it's especially handy in tight spaces. The filter is somewhat natural, but it works in my favor because I'd rather hold the pressure of the water than filter out all the smaller particles that are still filtered out by the filter.
