I bought this item when it was on sale and first night of use was fine, no problems, woke up the second night the grinding noise wakes me up from sleep. It was hard when you turned on the wave action. The problem wasn't just that the remote control was terrible, it had virtually no range. You must use it right in front of the projector, and when you turn on the projector, it says "Bluetooth mode" and "Bluetooth connected" if you are connected via Bluetooth, and "Bluetooth off" if you are turn off the device, which is very loud and annoying. The speakers aren't very good either, there's little bass and the speaker isn't needed. This is probably the worst product I have ever received from Amazon.
