The team at houston are incredibly responsive to questions or problems we have had during our trial period as well as after launch of my site! They also do an amazing job creating content that really engages users in ways I never thought possible (and they're super friendly!). We've been able use Houstons platform across several different products so far - all extremely successful :) There's nothing about this service/team i dislike yet but if there was one thing it would be more flexibility around customisation options when building your own pages etc.- especially regarding what you can include within these sections like logos / images & branding colours. Our main focus has always been helping people get leads online through organic traffic generation rather than paid advertising campaigns which means using native ads doesn't make sense since most visitors aren’t going looking specifically for those types of posts anyway. Instead having something engaging enough where readers will want share via social media seems.
