I bought these brand new. It worked fine for an hour and then stopped. The local car radio shop confirmed that all connections were correct and the amplifier failed. The Northern Marine seller said he could not get a guarantee as it had been over 30 days since the purchase. Polk denied the warranty because I did not purchase from an authorized dealer. I'm not sure how/why Polk expects me to research who sells their product, but they clearly don't endorse their product. I now have a $300 doorstop. Revain and Northern Marine have not provided any assistance so far. I will update this review when this is the case. Clear product lesson. Stay away from this product or maybe even buy a new amp from Revain. If so, it's probably worth finding out if they're an authorized seller or if they're buying directly from Amazon as a seller rather than just a retailer. To update. I submitted a claim to Revain under their A-to-Z Guarantee, which protects third-party purchases, and they refunded my purchase price. Thank you Revan
