The lightbulb works, which of course is the most important thing. Let's see how it will be in life, how time will pass. I kept the packaging so I can contact the company if it doesn't match the lifespan, which I obviously don't expect to match at "22.8 years". I don't have the package in front of me right now to re-read the fine print to know what to really expect. Anyway, the reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because it's supposed to be a 3-way bulb. In my 3-way bulb, this bulb only has 2 settings, not 3.
