It's just overpriced Epsom salt and regular table salt. I wouldn't use it for a massive magnesium boost, regular dosing should be fine. I had very low magnesium levels - around 200ppm - and used an entire 1.2kg bottle for two weeks. This increased my specific gravity from 1.025 to 1.027 on a 125 gallon tank. I had to replace the 10 gallons of water in the tank with pure reverse osmosis water to correct the salinity. Additionally, there are some articles discussing the possibility of sulfate overdose when using magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) to increase magnesium levels. I suggest only using this to maintain the mage's level, not increase it. Better yet, buy pure Epsom salts at a pharmacy for a small price.
