This program has helped us reduce our overhead by allowing all departments in the office to access one platform for their daily work needs. We also love that it allows multiple employees to use this at once so we can track many projects together without any problems. I dislike that you cannot easily customize forms or fields as needed which makes things more difficult when trying to pull information into Excel spreadsheets. It's great if your looking to cut down on waste and costs and want everything under one roof. Our department now uses one integrated platform rather than having separate platforms for each department.
