Okay so I read the reviews loved it. Felt it was a tad expensive but the reviews were great. So I was like okay I’ll try it!First month LOVED IT! Everything the reviews said & more. Soft lush fuzzy beautiful! After a month! A MONTH! It starts to mat like knotted up & tie together completely not soft. I’ve washed it twice. Once w vinegar (bc I was told that helps, tried w conditioner) nothing it’s lost all shine it’s matted it’s old & dingy looking. I’m SOOO disappointed & after a couple months and multiple attempts of brushing etc it feels like a complete waste of money. Wish I could return it
