I ordered three 3x10 rails and received three boxes with the same '3x10' labels on the outside. However, one box, although of the same length, was smaller in diameter than the others. I thought maybe the slider was rolled up tight in that box. But it turns out that the box actually contained a 3x5 treadmill. I needed these mats immediately and had to use what the company sent me. However, I would recommend allowing time for returns and opening the boxes carefully, bearing in mind that you may need to reuse the return box.
