Autosleep/wake up doesn't work

Today I got the second one and it's no worse than the first one! Sleep/Wake just doesn't work no matter what I do. The battery eventually drains unless I manually turn off the screen before closing the lid. The company website is useless - no way to get help. The second one will also come back - hands off this case!
