I like how easy it was set up by our IT department at my school; however we had difficulty with one specific problem (that could have been resolved easily if they were willing). The program itself worked well -- once you figure out where everything goes! If your looking into getting this type of system then make sure that there are enough people who know what's going through this so no issues arise later down the road as far as functionality/etc go. We used this product primarily because of all their features but mainly its ease-of-use compared to other products available locally or online which don't give us such great benefits from an administrative standpoint when dealing within large schools.
