Great Features and Easy Setup for Schools

I like how easy it was set up by our IT department at my school; however we had difficulty with one specific problem (that could have been resolved easily if they were willing). The program itself worked well -- once you figure out where everything goes! If your looking into getting this type of system then make sure that there are enough people who know what's going through this so no issues arise later down the road as far as functionality/etc go. Great for tracking document usage: Pharos Blueprint

The most useful feature is the ability to categorize documents by user. This helps us keep track of who printed what and where it went. The interface could be more intuitive, but I think that is just an issue with the newer versions of this system. Also, there are times when you can't find something you need and have to ask someone to help. We use this system to keep track of who has printed what and where they have gone. Good Project Management Software: Pharos Blueprint

I like that it can be used by multiple departments and that it allows me to be able to see when someone is printing something that I have set up for them. It can also send you an email if the person forgets to stop printing after they are done with something. I wish there was an option to change from the default color scheme. It makes it difficult to find things because everything looks the same. The only way to differentiate between folders is by changing the font size. This helps with…

Great for saving costs and having immediate documents right next to your desktop

The interface was very user-friendly as long one can have basic computer knowledge without feeling overwhelmed or frustrated by its many features (that are easy enough that you don't feel like giving up). This program really helped us save money with our office's paper waste since we were able cut down greatly from using copiers/printers at home all day during business hours instead just copying things around once everyone leaves their desk every night before bedtime!
