The most useful feature is the ability to categorize documents by user. This helps us keep track of who printed what and where it went. The interface could be more intuitive, but I think that is just an issue with the newer versions of this system. Also, there are times when you can't find something you need and have to ask someone to help. We use this system to keep track of who has printed what and where they have gone. I appreciated that they are easy enought o use but also have advanced features if you need them as well which makes it perfect! Nothing so far - we needed something like this from start time with our new team members who were just coming onboard at different times throughout their first day or two here was able tto help us track what everyone had done right away instead of getting emails asking where documents went etc..
