I like that it can be used by multiple departments and that it allows me to be able to see when someone is printing something that I have set up for them. It can also send you an email if the person forgets to stop printing after they are done with something. I wish there was an option to change from the default color scheme. It makes it difficult to find things because everything looks the same. The only way to differentiate between folders is by changing the font size. This helps with keeping track of documents but sometimes it gets confusing to look at all of the different fonts. If this is how your organization handles projects, it will help keep everyone organized and on task. We use this software to keep track of our projects and have been very happy with the results.
