The gloss black modern shape of the holder not only looks good to me (especially against the black frame of my bike), but the bottle holder feels lighter compared to the water bottle holder I've used before. Lightweight, however, to the point where I was initially concerned that the side of the hold might not expand securely to hold a water bottle I normally (which is slightly larger) holds 3 inches at the widest point of the bottle ) . During the ride I found that the bottle cage design wasn't an issue in any way as not only did the bottle slide in and out of the cage easily (also as I continued riding) but the sides held the bottle securely enough, that I never worried about the bottle "popping" out of the holder. . The holes on the cage line up exactly with the bolt holes on my bike so I just unbolted and removed the old cage and then bolted on the new cage using the bolts that came with the new Zjpnow cage. , this bike holder has worked very well for me, and at a price I think is right compared to what I was willing to pay for a quality composite bike holder. Of course, time will tell how long this new type of holder lasts compared to my previous bike holder, but so far I am happy with the product.
