Our daughter was preparing to move across the country to start college, and I ordered these bags (for same-day delivery) four days before she was scheduled to board her plane. These had a lot of capacity for shelving units, extra clothes and bedding and all of the things one needs to be comfortable in a small dorm room. Everything arrived in one piece as the bags and handles are very durable. One suggestion I have is to use a small zip-tie to hold the zipper together once packed. We saw one young man at baggage claim whose bags had all unzipped - a huge bummer! But if you are struggling with flying with a lot of stuff, don't try to use a box, get these bags!
