Review on Ohuhu Display Aluminum Table Top Adjustable by Karla Richter

I needed an easel to display a framed painting. Saw mixed reviews here but decided to give it a try because the price was right and the easel looked versatile. I'm happy to report that the easel works great. Pros - Comes with a carrying case - When folded and packed it is lightweight, small and easy to store - Tool-free operation, everything is controlled by easy-to-use thumb latches - Adjustable to multiple heights. The three legs are made up of three hinged sections, each locked in place with the aforementioned thumb latches. The top vertical bar is also lockable and can be extended a foot or two up and has an adjustable, spring-loaded clip at the very end to grip the top of the frame or cushion you are displaying. There is a tray that holds the display item and can be attached at various points on the two front legs of the easel. However, it doesn't use a clip to secure it and is held in place by gravity. Inexpensive compared to what I've seen at craft stores. minuses. It may not be the best choice for very large and heavy items. The tray is thin metal and not very deep, so a heavy object can bend it, and an item with a bottom edge thicker than two inches will not fit in the tray. But for most everyday uses (easel pad, framed picture/poster, styrofoam or thin sheet of wood) this is a great option. Also not the best choice for harsh environments where the easel and its display case might collide or receive heavy impact. Wind. This is a lightweight easel and is great for indoor use, but I would like something more durable and heavier for the outdoors. Overall I am very happy with this easel. It took a second to figure out all the locks and clips and placing the tray is a little tricky the first time. But once you get the hang of it, it's easy to get to work with, and the light weight and included case make for great portability.
