Great counter for the price! Keep the price in mind though - you won't get a $300 counter for -45, but it's still an excellent counter! Use clamp for AC and DC amplifier! Most meters in this price range only work with AC power. Remember you can't use the AC clamp on any meter to bypass the entire power cord, but you must bypass 1 of the 3 wires inside. I almost made that mistake - look at my photos of the extension cord I used to measure power cords. better ask. The probes are nice too. Another plus is the good carrying case. The app works great too - so bluetooth is only about 30ft away but connects easily if you follow the instructions and is very useful especially for monitoring everything over time. The counters work great although I can't speak to their accuracy but it seemed pretty accurate for the measurements I tested. But again, you can't charge $45 for 300 meters! I've attached a photo of the specification if interested. It only measures the temperature in whole Celsius, but that's not what I bought it for. although F would be nice too Everyone likes it!
