Disclaimer: As company officials and other reviewers have noted, things may get worse before they get better. The pests are trying to escape the house and the ones you see were already there from the start, but they have to travel to find their way out. We didn't know we had a mouse in our closet until we plugged one in! He went to the bathroom next door to escape, but the cats are keeping a close eye on him in that room. I hope he finds a way to go peacefully. So far, so good! It's been about 3 weeks since we started using them and the number of fleas has definitely decreased. Two days later I took my dog outside and about 6 fleas crawled out of her fur and jumped into the yard. Some of them seemed dazed and I just let her shake them off. We're not 100% flea free but we live in the forest and the fleas here are CRAZY and they fight all the time every summer. The plugins have proven very useful though, and with this new weapon in our arsenal I think we'll have them under control in due course. I love spudders (spiders), but I've also noticed that there are a lot of them. Less this year too.
