Great time tracking software with ease-of -use
I love that it's easy for me as an admin user, or even more so if you're using your own profile! It is super awesome when someone has questions about how something works in sales force because there are many different ways of doing things (and sometimes people get confused). Also, some features can be confusing at first but once we figured out what was going wrong everything started working well again. The best thing overall would have been having multiple users instead of just one person being able to use this tool all day long without getting bored. This helps us keep track of our tasks throughout the week/month and makes sure no task gets forgotten by anyone.
Pros
- That learning curve isn't too steep since everyone who uses SFDC knows where they need go with their information which saves time from looking through pages upon page trying find answers before figuring them ourselves :)
Cons
- There could possibly also include videos explaining various steps within Salesforce such as creating new records etc., however other than that nothing really comes into mind :( maybe adding additional fields? Or perhaps giving access rights only after reaching certain amount points.but not entirely
