Pros
- That learning curve isn't too steep since everyone who uses SFDC knows where they need go with their information which saves time from looking through pages upon page trying find answers before figuring them ourselves :)
Cons
- There could possibly also include videos explaining various steps within Salesforce such as creating new records etc., however other than that nothing really comes into mind :( maybe adding additional fields? Or perhaps giving access rights only after reaching certain amount points.but not entirely
