Not sure what the problem is.
Easy to connect to Alexa but there is a connection issue. Every 3-4 days you have to reconnect one or the other. I'm not sure if it's the Alexa program, our WiFi connection, or the lightbulbs. When they work, they're great. You can make them bright or soft, red, yellow or blue. If I knew what the problem was with the connection and not the bulb I would give 5 stars.
