Review on πŸͺ‘ 28-Inch Aluminum Black Heavy Duty Replacement Chair Base - S4180-2 for Offices by Virgilio Patton

Revainrating 5 out of 5

So far so good good for furniture legs

Just assembled so can't comment on durability yet. If it falls apart in the near future I will definitely come back and revise my review. I appreciate that other reviewers mentioned the difficulty installing cutscenes. I would have thought something was wrong with the base if it weren't for these reviews. As it turns out, I managed to assemble these videos https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001H96YRG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 with just my hands - no tools. It was'nt easy. I did this by installing the casters when the base was not yet attached to the chair. I flipped the base onto the floor and placed the casters by hand. I figured I'd need a hammer and a piece of wood or metal to stick between the wheels so I could hammer them in without breaking the wheels. But as it turned out, the key not only squeezed them tightly, but shook them a little until apparently a magic angle was reached, and then they were just pressed in with bare hands. I had to press pretty hard, but not very hard, and I'm very medium/medium build. My biggest initial problem was when I removed my old base, my cylinder fell apart and I didn't know how to put the parts back in. . I found this image online showing how to do it. I add it to this review. I can't vouch for the layout being correct, but that's how I just put mine together and it seemed to make sense.
