This is a really good gift! The bag looked really great, the length was longer than advertised, I measured 20*16.75*5.75 although that wasn't a problem. The twist on the shoulder strap was an interesting design too, the material feels durable and the graphics don't look cheap and won't wear out anytime soon. I'm a bit concerned about the strength of the stitching used to connect/hold the clasps to the bag itself, as the bag packs a bit (replacing two smaller bags). I'll report back on durability after a month of use. The price is high so I hope for the best.
